Ingleses Park Hotel - Florianopolis

The hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our romantic escape even more special. We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from our balcony, and the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near great restaurants and shops. the breakfast was delicious, and we loved the variety of options offered every day.

This might be something to keep in mind when choosing a room, but it didn't bother us at all.

The hotel's location was fantastic, near the beach and with a great view of the ocean from some rooms. the rooms themselves were disappointing. the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not clean. the service was also poor, with staff being unhelpful and rude at times. Breakfast was below average with not much variety. the pool looked nice, but we didn't use it.

Had a weekend in a Brazilian hotel this last month. Really loved the beautiful balcony view of the sea and big clean rooms. The location was perfect with many local restaurants and shops within walking distance. The internet was fast and dependable for searching great restaurants and checking out the local scene.

The customer service was less than satisfactory. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in doing their job correctly and made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The staff was courteous and helpful, rooms weresuper clean and cozy, superb location with a amazing ocean view, delicious breakfast with variety of foods.
